況且，我們軟弱的時候，有聖靈幫助我們。我們本來不知道怎樣禱告，但聖靈親自用說不出來的歎息替我們祈禱。(羅8:26 聖經當代譯本)

禱告：親愛的天父，感謝祢不但傾聽我們的禱告，甚至在我們心靈軟弱得無話可說的時候，與我們同在，扶持我們、安慰我們！
